Hfour partnered with Generate to make a videobooth which takes the genre to a new level. For Fvded in the Park, at the request of the client, we created a re-interpretation of the 2016 Met Gala Ball’s photo op. Attendees enter, choose a thematic city with matching imagery and music, and record a quick 10 second video of themselves and their friends dancing, posing, and moving with the beat of the custom soundtrack. The booth takes the best clips and quickly edits together a short music video. Attendees would enter their email and a branded video would be sent to them. It was then shared on social media platforms, boosting the brand, and engagement.
The videobooth wasn’t alone for this activation. Hfour also built a custom glossy black illuminated wall and lighting controller for the background lights. This enabled anyone to control the lights on the fly with minimal training.
